If you are not satisfied with an online purchase at the time of receipt or if any of our products do not give you complete satisfaction, return it to Original Bond for repair, replacement or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Despite our best efforts to offer you quality products, should one of our products not meet your expectations, to arrange repair, exchange or obtain a refund, simply return it to us at the following address: 206-164 Cowie Street, Granby, QC, Canada, J2G 3V3. The processing time of all requests is five weeks, but may be longer at certain times due to the number of requests to be processed and delivery times.
Shipping costs for returned products will be entirely your responsibility including national and international shipping costs. We do not accept COD shipments or courier deliveries. Original Bond declines any responsibility in case of loss or damage of a product resulting from its delivery during a return, exchange or refund.
To avoid unnecessary delivery delays, clearly write “Return of Canadian Goods” on the package.
Please take care to wash or clean the product before returning it to us.
We all know that even quality products are not eternal. That’s why Original bond offers you to repair its products from any damage due to wear and tear for a reasonable sum. On receipt the product will be evaluated and, we will contact you to advise the cost of repair. Products that are damaged due to wear or by accident, negligence or improper use, are not covered by Original Bond’s Warranty.
Some color pigments that make up all plastics, rubbers and elastomers tend to fade over time due to light and UV radiation. This normal change is aesthetic in nature and occurs at different rates, for different colors.
You have a period of 30 days following your online purchase to return a product and request its exchange. The product must be clean and in good condition. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will review the product and contact you to provide you with a replacement product. For all other requests to replace an Original Bond product, please email us and tell us the reasons for your exchange request. Proof of purchase is required. Original bond retains the right to accept or refuse any exchange.
We will process your refund as soon as possible. You have a period of 30 days following your online purchase to return a product and ask for a full refund. After receiving the returned product (s), we will refund the purchase price of your order. If you return only part of the original order, Original Bond will only refund the purchase price of the returned product. The method of repayment will vary depending on how you placed your initial order.
Original Bond is committed to recycling any product that cannot be repaired under its warranty. Recycling is a voluntary act, we strive to recycle our products so that they do not end up in a landfill or incinerator.
Original Bond is not responsible for any late delivery related to products shipped to destinations in or outside of Canada. Some countries have export or import requirements that may prohibit or restrict our products.
